What is your business
name?
Our legal business name is CCFST or Central California Fluid System
Technologies. We also use a few DBAs to differentiate our branch locations,
including Swagelok Ventura, Swagelok Los Angeles, and Swagelok Hawaii.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as cash, checks, wire transfers, and net 30 terms through an approved account.
How do I open an account with you?
Please email our accounts receivable department for a copy of our terms application. Alternatively, you may call us directly at 800.252.7087 to speak with a representative who can assist you.

No! You are free to change your email preferences at any time and can choose to receive ONLY the types of emails you choose to receive. We know how full inboxes can get on a daily basis, but also don't want you to miss out on the latest Swagelok product and services updates and releases, training classes or events. Feel free to sign up and pick and choose. We encourage it!
What is your return policy?
Prior to considering any return, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by an authorized representative. Any parts considered for return must meet the following conditions to be considered resellable.
